1. Sponsor and Administrator

This contest (the "Contest") is administered by WinThat Technologies Inc. ("Administrator," "we," "us"), [registered business address to be inserted], in partnership with The Side Hustle Stack ("Sponsor") [relationship to be confirmed — prize supplier / promotional partner / brand owner]. Questions may be directed to help@winthat.ca.

2. Contest Period

The Contest begins on August 14, 2026 at 8:00 a.m. Eastern Time and ends on December 18, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time (the "Contest Period"). The Administrator's computer is the official time-keeping device for the Contest.

3. Eligibility

The Contest is open to legal residents of:

The 50 United States (excluding the District of Columbia and U.S. territories, unless separately approved), and
Canada, excluding the Province of Quebec [territories to be confirmed],

who are at least eighteen (18) years old [or the age of majority in their province, territory, or state of residence, whichever is older] at the time of entry.

Not eligible to enter: employees, officers, and directors of WinThat Technologies Inc. and The Side Hustle Stack; any individuals involved in the development or administration of the Contest; and the immediate family members and household members of the foregoing. "Immediate family members" means parents, children, siblings, and spouses/domestic partners, regardless of where they live.

This Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial/territorial, state, and local laws.

4. How to Enter

During the Contest Period, visit https://www.winthat.ca/contests/win-your-share-of-200-cash-the-side-hustle-stack-ebook and complete the official entry form, providing your name, email address, phone number, and city/region. You must acknowledge these Official Rules to complete entry. Providing marketing consent is optional, separate from entry, and does not affect your odds of winning.

Limit: one (1) base entry per person.

Entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, automated, or that do not follow these Official Rules may be disqualified in the Administrator's sole discretion.

5. Prizes

Three (3) winners will be selected:

Second Prize $60 The Side Hustle Stack eBook (USD $27 approximate retail value)
Third Prize $40 The Side Hustle Stack eBook (USD $27 approximate retail value)

Total approximate prize pool value: CAD $200 in cash plus eBook(s) ($27 USD).

Prizes are non-transferable. No cash substitution except at the Administrator's sole discretion. Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

Winners will be selected by random computer-generated drawing from among all eligible entries on December 19, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Potential winners will be notified by email by December 23, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time and must respond within [4 days from when their individual notice is sent] to confirm eligibility, or the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner selected by the same random process (up to three alternate drawings total).

7. Canadian Skill-Testing Question

Each potential winner who is a resident of Canada must correctly answer, without assistance, a mathematical skill-testing question administered by email within [3 days] of notification, as a condition of receiving a prize.

8. General Conditions

By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Administrator, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Contest. The Administrator reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest if fraud, technical failure, or any factor beyond its control impairs the integrity of the Contest.

9. Publicity

Subject to applicable law, by accepting a prize, winners will be required to consent to the use of their name, city, and province/state for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited.

10. Privacy

Personal information collected in connection with this Contest will be used to administer the Contest, verify eligibility, and contact winners, in accordance with the Administrator's Privacy Policy available at https://www.winthat.ca/privacy. Information may be stored or processed in Canada and the United States.

11. Limitation of Liability

By entering, entrants release the Administrator, Sponsor, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability related to participation in the Contest or acceptance/use of a prize, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

12. Governing Law

This Contest is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.
